There is something hidden in the square. I don´t really know what but I want to find out. I use two different methods of printing; woodblock and copperplate. What I love about copperplate printing is the imprint on the paper and the ”blackness” that occur. It is therefore very important for me to use the right paper.

Three things effect the outcome of the work; color, size of the square and placement.

I try to reduce the work to its most fundamental structure to see if I can find what I am looking for.

These artwork represent the strongest and purest expression that I can create – at this time in my life.
